If you install the latest SunOS 59. sd and ssd patch (113277-41), you will
get native support fort he HP LTO-3 device. In this case you don?t need to
modify the st.conf.

Are FC-attached tape drives (such as HP LTO3 inside a STK L1400 library)
subject to configuration through /kernel/drv/st.conf  in Solaris 9/10 ?
