We're upgrading because of the product alert not because of a
desire/need for additional features.  It seems like risky to upgrade
from 7.1.3 to 7.1.4 than to jump to a new version.  I expect we will go
from 7.1.4 to 7.3/7.3.1 (if it's out at that point) when we upgrade for
feature requirements.

FWIW, I jumped from 7.1.2 to 7.2.1 a while back and didn't have any
issues.  Is there a reason you're sticking with the 7.1 line?
