Hi all,

 

I am configuring Legato using IBM 3583 library with 4 LTO-3 drives on EMC
Clariion CX500 based SAN.

 

The environment is Windows 2003. All the 4 drive are visible in Windows
device manager and also get detected using inquire & inquire -l.

 

While running jbconfig, it detects each drive and asks for the device path
but at the end, it gives the error - jbconfig SYSTEM ERROR : \\.\Tape1
<file:///\\.\Tape1>  no such file or directory. Only one drive is available
for working.

 

If anyone has faced such problem or has any clue about this, please suggest.
