I'm not sure that these *are* continuation savesets. At my site, for
example, they appear in the output of nsrinfo (running on NetWorker 7.x)
showing saveset contents for NetWorker 7.x clients. See below:
nsrhost:~ 42. sudo nsrinfo -t 1135117918 someclient.some.domain | grep
kdooley | grep WINNT

I'm surprised -- AFAIK 6.x clients should not use continuation savesets.
Most of the UNIX & Linux clients used them up to about the 5.6.x days,
though fully 64 bit clients (OSF1/Tru64) didn't need them even then. I
think Windows clients used them continuation savesets through the 5.7
clients.
At 6.x, all *true* 6.x clients were supposed to be 64 bit, and therefore
don't need continuation savesets. Note that until just recently, the
NetWare client was based on the 4.x codebase, and still required them.
Can you give an example of a 6.x client that is still using continuation
savesets?
Tim
