[Networker] oracle RMAN backup link to legato

I have my RMAN backups placed in my local directory.Ie in the
flash_back.How do I use legato networker utility to send these backups
to Backup server.
Any white papers available or anybody using Oracle servers for legato
Bacvkups can help me.
Can I use archive logs to be backedup directly to Legato Server and how?
We are having Oracle 10g on Redhat Linux.
