Seagate have sold their tape drive business to Certance now owned by
Quantum.
So in the hardware compatibility guide look for Quantum/Certance.

Subject: [Networker] Are Seagate drives still supported?
I was checking out the latest hardware compatibility guide at Legato's
site. I don't see Seagate drives listed anywhere in the document. They
used to be. Isn't Seagate one of the 3 players in LTO technology along
with IBM and HP?
We're thinking to upgrade the Seagate LTO gen 1 drives in our STK L80
tape library to LTO-gen2 or maybe 3. Apparently this library is
supported with both IBM or HP LTO-2 or LTO-3 drives, but there is no
mention anywhere in the entire document of Seagate?
Anyone know the scoop? We're currently using Seagate gen 1 LTO drives.
Thanks.
George
