There is a file that resides on the client, and the filename is called servers. 
 Unless you over rode the installation program, it should reside in this path:

C:\program files\nsr\res\servers

Edit the file with a plain text editor, and add the name of the backup server 
(networkers.ing-diba.at).  You will then need to stop and start the networker 
service on the client machine.   You should be all set.
