I know you said AS 2.1, but (just FYI) I've been running NW V7.2.1 for
months on RHEL 3 with 2.4.21-27.0.2.ELsmp kernel.

Today's contest:  what's the latest kernel version for AS 2.1 that anyone 
has a NetWorker Server (7.2.1) running on?  Compatibility Guide is no help, 
haven't seen anything in Release Notes, and Install Guide still says 2.4.9-
e.3 ???
