Thanks to Maarten and Maiello.

Probably we will upgrade the software to 7.2.1 as recommended by Legato
Support.

** Manual Clone also fails if the same ssid spans to two tapes. It does
not mount the first backup tape. (might be, it can not identify the head
or tail of the save set). I think, storage node or pool doesn't have
problem. It may be a software bug.

We will do another test after removing drive restriction from both
backup and clone pool.

Any comments on this?

What happens if you list all the ssid for the group and then 
manually clone them with nsrclone?  Does it mount the tapes to clone?
If not,  if you load the tapes that an ssid spans into the drives
manually and then run nsrclone does it work?

It seems you need to figure out if it is a mounting problem or 
storage node and pool problem?..a mounting problem being the code
messing up.  Did Legato have any ideas?
