I use Staging to run a secound instant of backup for critical server during 
day time, granted i did not have too much disk to burn, once you set it all 
up , it has been working just fine.
Pay attention to POOLS\Devices\POLICIES.
Use one partition for creating one ADV file type device, mixing more disk  
( creating more then one disk device and or staging policy on the same 
server)for disk backup to me has been problamatic.
Other then that its a sure bet.
