Hello All.
Windows Networker version 7.0, both client and server.

I have been scanning in a client. After scanning in 4 tapes I get an
error message

scanner: SYSTEM error: Cannot commit scaveset for clent 'old-mail'
(Access is denied)

I can find files and mark them in the Networker user recover program.
However, when I try to recover them, the drive letter has a little red
question mark.
and when I check the "Required Volumes", it says "Unknown".

I assume this has something to do with the Client ID. This is a fresh
install of Networker and all the tapes have been scanned in, and I set
the Client ID to a previous client ID number. I suspect there may have
been more than one previous client ID's

I have made a backup from this client and I can browse and recover
successfully these backups. The "required volume" does show the correct
volume
Does anyone have any ideas what I should try?

Thanks
