Status is in the documentation. I'm not sure what you're asking.

You can look at the 'completion' attribute. It basically has the
contents of the savegroup output in it.
show completion
print type:nsr group; name:<groupname>
Networker doesn't really store any single value that says a group
succeeded or failed. It knows if a savegroup failed (aborted), but that
may or may not be enough for you to consider the group as having failed
or not.

That starts a group, not networker.
