Original Question:
I am curious, has anyone implemented a backup to disk solution in 
conjunction with staging the data to tape?  If so, were you able to get the 
setup to work unattended with the NetWorker scheduler or have 
to resort to scripts to get the staging done?

Answer:
I received 2 responses. The answer is yes, unattended staging to tape works 
as expected in NetWorker 7.1.3 and does not require any scripting.  In 
6.1.2, it was a problem and scripting was needed. My thanks to Maarten Boot 
and Hrvoje Crvelin who responded and shared their experiences.
