We had a similar problem. Upgrading Blat to the latest ver did the
trick.

Subject: [Networker] Blat e-mails not sending since SP1 upgrade on 2003

We recently upgraded our backup server to Service pack 1 to keep inline
with Microsofts recommendations but since we did this the Savegrp
Networker e-mail to external mail address such as f2s.com and
btinternet.com etc etc has stopped working. Does anyone know of a
problem with SP1 and Networker 7.1.3. As much info as possible would be
much appreciated.
