I was re-labeling two tapes using the jukebox window (details turned on) under nwadmin wherein I selected 'Label' for the operation, I added my operation slots '62'-63', and then I picked my volume pool, and hit 'Apply'. I did not specify the device since I wanted to label two tapes using two devices. I don't recall NetWorker ever asking me if I wanted to overwrite the previous labels, and those tapes had been previously labeled, but did not contain any data. I know if I label from the command line using nsrjb it will prompt you, and it always does so when choosing a specific device and doing it from the main nwadmin window. Seems scary that it didn't ask me when using the jukebox window. What if I had picked th wrong slots!

We're running 6.1.1 on Solaris. Anyone seen this before or know a way to correct that?

Thanks.

George
