Throwing everything into the hosts file on nt4 seems
to have fixed that problem.

Now xbsa.messages is saying "Unable to send"/"Unable
to receive". List archives show most people think its
a network issue. I verified everything is set to
100/full and no errors/collisions/etc are happening.

This is frustrating.:-)
