Perhaps it would be possible to use ADSI to script the list of all
mailboxes into a file in a batch script and setup it to run as a
pre-job, and then use the file option of the nsrxchsv.exe to use that
file?

You might want to see if it is worthwhile by just setting it up with
like 8 mailboxes hard coded and see if you get the parallelization that
might make it usefull.
