I checked and the parallelism  was set to 4, so I will increase that, but
will it make a difference. Will networker do multiple mailbox backups at 
the same time with "MSEXCH:MB" since I thought it will only read 1 mailbox
at any one time. Do have to split the backup into chunks 
e.g.
        MSEXCH:MB/1 - 10 Users/
        MSEXCH:MB/11 - 20 Users/
        MSEXCH:MB/etc... Users/
        
I think our speed problem is down to the Windows server reading the 
mailboxes, since a normal backup of the data store is very quick:

MSEXCH:IS 7900 MB 00:15:05 5 file (compared with MSEXCH:MB 6989 MB  5:46:27) 

I may be look into the EXMERGE option, which may not increase backup speed, but
will reduce Tape Backup speed!
