Dave's note reminded me about what happened at my site.
The nighttime scheduled antivirus scans caused this problem.
I took me quite a while to convince the window's admin that this was
the problem. HTH.

There is a system environmental variable that tells the NetWorker client to
not change the archive bit... I don't know if this is specifically
relevent, but it might be.

Also, make sure you disable any nighttime scheduled antivirus scans, as
well as any disk optimizers.

Subject: Incremental backups are to big for no reason on Window clients.
Still having problems with my Incremental backups still backing upfiles
which have not been modified in days or weeks.
I thought "mtimeasm" directives would fix it but I guess it is not that or
it does not work on Windows computers.
What I have noticed:
- Files which have been ADDED since FULL back are being backed up every day!
- Files which have been ALTERED since FULL backup are being backed up every
day!
Does any one have any ideas!!!

Andrew
