I  had a similar problem with networker admin loaded on my laptop used to 
administer our networker server. Check your hosts file to see if the short 
version of the networker server's hostname is in there. That fixed it for me.

I upgraded from 6.1.4 to 7.1.3 on Solaris9 a couple
months back. Ever since then when administering the
server via a windows machine, the volumes tab is
completely empty. Under autochanger operations, all
tapes show up as "not in media index". This is with
both 6.1.4 and 7.1.3 on my windows xp desktop.

Funny thing is nsrjb shows everything properly. Did I
screw something up in my upgrade? Any help would be
appreciated. I searched the archives but did not see
anything similiar.
