 We just configured a exchange server on window 2000  service pack 4.  I 
installed Networker User Version 6.1.3 Build 428 and Networker Module for 
Microsoft Exchange Server Version 4.1.0.148.

When I tried to expand Private Mailboxes from the Networker User fro Exchange 
Server, I get  the following error

Could not open EMS Store for the Exchange Server
The Event Viewer ( Application Log) may have additional details.
Error status: 0x8004011d

The following are the errors generated in c:\program\nsr\applogs\nsrxchsv  when 
the backup is started from the networker server
