I already checked/verified this setting and the 'Novell Pool' level is set from 
'Full, level 1 to 9 and Inc.

I even tried the 'level' setting in the Group window to ensure that all clients 
in the group are on the same level, but still same problem.

I have found that happens when if you have the pool set to only be able
to dump certain levels of backups.
If the volume it is trying to backup is attempting a level that is not
allowed for the given pool, it will
