I talked to the engineer about this yesterday.  They seem to think that
when SP1 for Windows 2003 comes out, this will be fixed.  I'm not
holding my breath .....

I'm astonished, but unfortunately is true. To make my cluster running I
had to migrate back my NetWorker in v7.1.1 and now all seems to work.
