It started working again today.  All I did was to install Blat 204 (I
had 202).  There were no changes to the SMTP server.

I don't use Networker to call BLAT.  I have a VB program that parses
savegrp.log, splits out the individual clients into separate text files,
builds the batch file and sends the text files in emails to individual
recipients via an shell command.  This allows me to have the subject
line contain the text "Successful Backup" or "Unsuccessful Backup".
This allows the recipients to build email rules to ignore the successful
ones.

I have seen the same--can't you execute the batch file that calls the
blat sequence as opposed to using the blat syntax explicitly within
NetWorker?
For Notifications, I notice that while blat commands will only work for
me using the bat files, owner notification for clients allows me to use
the blat command no problem.
