Hi Tarik

I don't believe there is a maximum number of storage nodes supported in the
Power Edition.

Each storage node can also be a backup client, but this wouldn't be a limit
for Power Edition either. Though the Power Edition license covers 10 client
connections, more client connection licenses can be purchased. And, I know
of sites that have hundreds of clients per NetWorker server.

Yes, Power Edition Servers and Storage Nodes support up to 64 devices each
and up to 512 total parallel streams of data. And, Power Edition server
support a maximum of 256 concurrent devices.

So, it may be that there is no architected limit for storage nodes or
clients in the Power Edition product. If there is, I'm certainly happy to
learn by being corrected!

Thanks

Hello all,

I was wondering if anybody knows what is the maximum number of storage nodes
that can be
configured on a backup sever (Power Edition). I do have the limitations for
the number of devices
and the maximum parallelism depending on the server edition, but I can't
find the information on
the maximum number of storage nodes.

Best regards,

Tarik EL MANSOURI
