I'm not familiar with the tape library in use either, but my guess is that
the time allotted for "CLEANING DELAY" is too short.  I've looked through
Networker Administrator on one of my PCs, but couldn't see where to adjust
this parameter.  Probably because the library is attached to my server,
which is a Solaris 2.6 box.

Within nwadmin, one can adjust the "CLEANING DELAY" within the Jukebox
dialog box.  The parameter is only available by selecting "Details" from
the "View" menu.
