I had to do this exact thing. What you have to do is restore the index back
to a time when the savesets were browsable.
I think the caommand is
Nsrck -L 7 -t 'date when savesets were browsable'

Subject: [Networker] Exchange Restore w/ Save Sets that are RECYCLEABLE
I need to do an EXCHANGE restore (we use the module) of an IS that the SAVE
SETS are in RECYCLEABLE status. What I want to know is there a way to do this
restore and make those SAVE SETS browsable so I do not have to scan the tape
in. We are talking about 4 Exchange servers and about 35 tapes.
Any help would be great.
