is it possible that you have a corrupt filesystem and that the
file /usr/lib/libposix4.so.1 is actually corrupt.

find out with:

cat /usr/lib/libposix4.so.1 >/dev/null

and possibly do a filesystem check.

also to check the needs of /usr/sbin/savefs
do a
ldd /usr/sbin/savefs
this should let the dynamic libraries needed by savefs
