Not that I know of. The nsrclone command will clone a ssid to one target
tape. Even if you run 3 nsrclone processes; each will have to wait for
the source tape to be done being read by the other nsrclone. With 4 drives
you can clone from 2 tapes to 2 target tapes at once. Methods are sort the
ssids or have 2 different backup pools for the source tapes. The target
tapes can belong to one clone pool or seperate ones.
