Hi
I do have a problem with savepnpc. The client is a Sun machine and the
server is Tru64 machine. Both server and client is running NetWorker 6.1.4
This is the res file on the client:
type: savepnpc;
precmd: "/nsr/res/stop_ias";
pstcmd: "/nsr/res/start_ias";
timeout: "06:00:00";
abort precmd with group: No;
Her is the stop_ias script:
#!/bin/sh
echo "Start" > /tmp/time.txt
/usr/bin/date >> /tmp/time.txt
/usr/bin/sleep 90
exit 0
If I change the "sleep" from 90 sec. to 60 ( or less ) then everything
works Ok.
If "sleep" is set to 90 sec. the backup starts, it runs the precmd script,
does all the backup of the filesystems, and then it just hengs forever :-(
Anybody knows what's wrong ?
Not without more information. Perhaps you could post an extract from the
savepnpc.log file from the client?
