To backup SharePoint 2.0 On win2k or Win2k3 you will need an SQL module
license as the SharePoint database is SQL based.
Networker module for SQL 4.0.1 has just been released and it provided
the needed support and certification with SharePoint 2.0.

This seems normal if it tries to backup the D: drive and files are in
use.

This however isn't normal.
