Dear Deepak,

It is normally recommended to use the same series for the Backup Server &
the CLients i.e. either 6.x or 7.x. In Version, 7.x there is new system of
index generation and storage so there could be compaibility issues in this
setup.

If you have Networker 7.1.2, why don't you upgrade your Backup server first
to get all of them syncronized.
