I believe AlphaStor can share a library with Reel, but that is all. It can
share between other NetWorker servers.

SmartMedia/OpenVault shared between NetWorker/Fujitsu's backup tool, and
SGI's HSM app for IRIX, but SmartMedia is EOL.

Legato tried with a standards based Library Manager API but, unfortunately,
the rest of the industry did not take to it.
