All,  Urgent!

I'm using nwbackup to kick off a backup and the library is not moving. Am I 
doing something wrong? I've never used nwbackup before. I am simply selecting 
the the directories to backup and clicking the START icon. Nothing is happening 
though - other than a media waiting event: waiting for a writable volume to 
backup pool 'Default' in the Messages window.
