I would also check that all of your drive and tape elements match up to what
each SCSI DEV ID is.

So for instance

Mount up a tape into a tape drive with a standard UNIX or WINDOWS mount
command.

Then user nsrjb to tell you where it thinks that tape is.

Then use sjirelm <SCSI_DEV_ID> to verify if there is a tape in the drive you
must mounted.

We have had to go through this process before because we noticed that some
tape drives were not getting ejected and for whatever reason if you do not
add the correct order that the tape drives are in BY element into NSRJB then
you will see this issue.

Just Check the Auto Eject option in the Jukebox properties  - Disable it.
