Sure. You can install 6.1.4, but I suggest you not install 7.1.x until you
restore your NetWorker server. Read the man page for the mmrecov command.
This will tell you what you need to know in terms of restoring your
NetWorker server's configuration. Then read the man page on the nsrck
utility to learn how to restore the index data once you finish with
mmrecov.

Then consider asking your employer to foot the bill for you to receive
some training on NetWorker. The best time to learn about NetWorker is in a
classroom setting, not when a key server crashes and you are uncertain of
how to handle the situation.
