Take a look at the scsi error noted in the netapp logs...>

(1b.2) illegal request: Sense_Key (5) ASC (25) ASCQ (0)

This decodes to 25/00  DTLPWROMAEBKVF  LOGICAL UNIT NOT SUPPORTED 
(http://www.t10.org/lists/asc-num.htm#ASC_25), although you really should check 
with NetApp to find out how they decode it. This probably is a NetApp device 
error...although it could be a NetWorker timing issue--was the tape full and 
ready to eject, or just in the middle of writing?

What are your jukebox timers set to for eject, unload and load?
