blat.exe - -s "The Subject" -f mail_from@domain -server smtp_server.domain
-port 25 -try 10 -t mail_to@domain

You can store -server, -port, -try in the registry with the --install
parameter. I prefer to use the commandline parameter, because of, if You
use another machine the registry keys are lost.
