hmm, this is odd. we upgraded from exchange 5.5 to 2003 and blat 1.9.4
still functioned fine. it was only when we upgraded nw from 6.1.3 to 7.1
that we saw problems. i will give blat 2.2 a go.

btw: smtpmail in \nsr\bin works well also.

We used blat 1.9x for a long time. Then the smtp server was updated from
Exchange 5.5 to 2000. After this, Mails from blat are rejected every
time.
I have updated blat to version 2.2 from http://blat.sf.net and the
problems are gone.
