Hi All,

We've just realized that we've got 2.7 GB of client indexes (120 clients) that
don't have any corresponding client entries - a side effect of
moving/renaming/decommisioning servers.

So far, I've been unable to clean out these dirs using conventional 'nsr*'
commands such as 'nsrim' and 'nsrck' as they complain that the client is not
registered. Rather than re-adding them back into DNS and NetWorker, is it ok
to stop NW, delete the respective /nsr/index/<client> entries w/o any ill
effects?

Or is there a proper way of deleting clients and _all_ there respective
indexes?

Thanks,
        /\/elson
