Hi there,

The forward / reverse lookup worked fine initially, which is why I
discarded this as a factor, it's the first thing we check after
negotiation.  ;)  However, after speaking with an administrator it was
discovered that the DHCP and DNS servers aren't speaking at the moment.

Does forward and reverse DNS lookups work between client and server?
Is the client's NetWorker software installed under a userid that has
authority to run it?
