Hi,

Please ensure the following -
1. Update the hosts file on both the server and the clien twith IP address
& fully qualified domain name.

2. Enter the client name in the alias box. Ex- if the client name is
client.domain.com, enter both client and client.domain.com in the alias box.

3. Ensure that both the machines are able to ping each other using the
domain names entered in alias box.

4. You may also try using IP address as the client name.

Allways test the backup manually first using save command from the client.
