If I read your email correctly, it looks like you're trying to do a
recover from a client (jackal) other than the one with the failed drive
(bobcat). If you lauch nwadmin and go into the setup for the client
"bobcat", you can add "root AT jackal.netscout DOT com" to the "Remote Access"
acl. Alternatively, run nwrecover (or the command line version "recover")
on the client itself.
