Ok now (after I check all cable reseat it and reboot) the nsrjb -HE
command is ok so im running the nsrjb -I and everything look good.

What happens when you issue the "nsrjb -C" command? I suspect it won't
work, but it can't hurt to try just to see what happens.

Were there any changes in your server's configuration such as adding or
removing any SCSI devices? If so, the device files that correspond to
your
tape library's hardware might have been renamed. Try running an inquire
command to see if device files that correspond to your tape library's
robotics and its tape drives are visible to the operating system.

If the device files are not present, the solution might be as simple as
shutting down your server, power cycling the server and tape library,
then
rebooting the server.
