Gary,

We are experiencing a similar problem in our Legato environment.  Here is
my environment...

Networker 6.1.3 running on AIX 5.1
AN STK L180 with 6 LTO-1 Tape Drives attached via fibre and across the SAN.

The jukebox parrellism is set to 4.

What I am seeing is if the library is setting idle or busy and we issue the
nsrjb commands, these commands cannot be killed.  Legato has recommended
the same workaround you mentioned in your email.  Rebooting the server is
the only way to kill these commands.

Let me know if you have any new input on this problem.
