Yes.  The 'readonly' flag only affects saves to the media.  It does not
affect recycling.  If it is 'readonly' and 'recyclable', then the volume
is eligible for recycling if Networker needs it.

You can explicitly remove the flag with 'nsrmm -o notreadonly <volume>',
but it should have no affect on recyclability of the volume.
