Hey Conrad,
I had to interview people for job last year. I asked lots of questions and
varied the difficulty
from basic to difficult.
Basic questions such as How can you determine the cause of a failed backup? How
do you set the network interface
that the client and Legato node will send data over? What is needed to setup a
new storage node and silo?
Let me know if you want more suggestions.

It's sad but last time someone asked me an essay question like this the
interviewee had no clue of the answer themselves. My advice, before
asking the question make sure you're qualified to answer it yourself. If
not, get someone from your staff who is to sit in on the interview.
