Well Stan, notrecyclable is a valid attribute to set the tapes to. It
will of course set the tapes to be recoverable again. This will work.
Perhaps I misunderstood what you were saying, I thought you were
explaining to the OP how to set them to manual recycle, not how to fix
the existing tapes and make them recoverable. Sorry about that.
