I'm not 100% certain, since I haven't done that upgrade yet myself, but
I believe you *only* need the server update.

Where you may run into problems, though, is if you're using features for
which you should have had an enabler under 6.x, but the feature worked
without one.  Under 7.x, some of the licensing requirements are now being
checked for in software.

The one I know about is file devices.  There may be others I'm not
aware of.
