Hey all, it's been a while since I've worked with Networker like this. I
have a new Dell Linux system with a Dell PowerVault 132T autochanger and
a single SDLT320 drive.

The kernel (2.4.9-e38) sees the drive and auto-changer fine, but I can't
seem to find the changer with the inquire command. I get the following:

[email protected]:MegaRAIDLD 0 RAID1 69G4.10|Disk, /dev/sg0
[email protected]:QUANTUM SDLT320 4646|Tape, /dev/nst0
                                           S/N: RBD36Y0631
                                           ATNN:QUANTUM SDLT320
 RBD36Y0631
                                           IENN:00E09E600011B3BB
                                           WWNN:500E09E00011B3BB
[email protected]:PE/PV 1x3 SCSI BP 1.1 |Processor, /dev/sg1

Now, the kernel gives this at boot time:

scsi0: scanning scsi channel 5 [P1] for physical devices.
Vendor: DELL Model: PV-132T Rev: 227D
Type: Medium Changer ANSI SCSI revision: 02
blk: queue f73ae418, I/O limit 4095Mb (mask 0xffffffff)
Vendor: QUANTUM Model: SDLT320 Rev: 4646
Type: Sequential-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02
blk: queue f73ae218, I/O limit 4095Mb (mask 0xffffffff)

And after the inquire, and the scsi-generic module is loaded, I get the
following:

Attached scsi generic sg1 at scsi0, channel 4, id 6, lun 0, type 3
Attached scsi generic sg2 at scsi0, channel 5, id 0, lun 0, type 8

sg1 seems to be associating itself with the 1x3 SCSI BP device, but
inquire isn't giving any info on it.

I'm not running into some sort of scsi id conflict, am I? I'm remote to
the actual box...

-Brian
